Calories in unsweet iced tea?
I make a gallon of tea using luzianne tea bags I dnt add any sugar. Is there any calories? The only thing I'm using are tea bags and water. Sedentary or lightly active?

Today is difficult for some reason..
I usually eat pretty much the same thing each week day. Which usually is granola bars for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs with a stick of string cheese for lunch, and this leaves me room to have a pretty big meal for my dinner. Small changes
What's some small changes in your eating you've made to cut calories? I have traded in candy bars for granola bars for when I want something sweet. And I'm in the process of trying to trade in my Dr peppers for iced tea sweetened with sweet n low because I'm tired of wasting calories on drinks lol.

Bad weekend
Only the 2nd weekend and I went over my calories Friday Saturday and today. It's so easy to overeat when my husband is home bec he eats 3 full meals a day and can drink beer and never gains an ounce. I hope I haven't screwed up the progress I've had already :(

Exercise calories
Does anyone else hate when they don't have exercise calories for the day? I dnt have a step tracker so I only have exercise calories when I go for walks and use map my walk. I hate the days I dnt walk and have a big fat 0 for exercise calories. Anyone else or is it only me lol? :)

11 day streak
Hi all! Here I am i have downloaded mfp app more times than I can count and I never make it more than a week so I'm pretty proud of my 11 days that I have logged EVERYTHING good and bad even if i went over my calories. This time will be different!

How long til I see results on the scale?
I have mfp set to lose 2lbs a week. Does that mean if I weigh every week I should see a 2lb loss or do I wait longer and it all average out to 2lbs per week over let's say a month's time?
