Calories in unsweet iced tea?

Options
I make a gallon of tea using luzianne tea bags I dnt add any sugar. Is there any calories? The only thing I'm using are tea bags and water. The box of tea bas says 0 calories and water ofcourse 0 calories. But I'm seeing online that indeed tea has 2 calories per cup then I'm seeing some entry's on mfp that's showing unsweet tea having up to 30 calories. It's got me a little confused.

If you add lemon, that adds calories. If it’s just plain unsweetened tea, ZERO calories. :)

Didn't you already ask this once? A cup of tea has about 2 calories. If a product has less than 5 they are allowed to label it as zero.

Duplicate threads = duplicate calories. Now your tea has 4 calories a cup!!

Zero calories. Even if it were 2 calories...well, it's 2 calories.

You can call it 2 calories per cup if you really want to be on the safe side, but I don't log unsweetened tea. I only log it if I put anything in it. The 30 calories entry is just flat out wrong. You'd have to drink a really large amount of tea for that to even be remotely plausible.
