@livingleanlivingclean @tinkerbellang83 well, I still eat rice everyday. I still eat what I used to eat everyday. And yes I had a digestion problem before. ACV helps me in a way to lose weight. Im not saying it can helps you 100% for losing weight without doing anything. Well i just wanna share my experience with ACV…

You can check it out on google. ;) Its the same thing if you workout so hard, but you don't control your foods intake, its useless. Same thing with ACV, you have to control your food intake and workout as well.…

@NextRightThing714 I don't use it everyday as my toner now. At night i will apply pure aloeverra as a mask everyday. Even if I use the ACV for the toner, ill use the moisturizer as well after that. I'll use ACV if I have zits on my face

@livingleanlivingclean yeah, I take less carbs and more protein foods everyday. And I make sure my intake calories don't exceed more than 1200 calories. I wanna start to do the intermittent fasting this week as well.
