I would suggest fewer calories, as 1300 isn't much of a deficit for someone your weight.

Wasp spray is very effective. It's blinding and sprays several feet, plus you get a lot of it.

I lost most of the weight I have from setting an overall large goal plus a 3-4 week goal. I also made sure that I was telling someone else how I did on that intermediate goal. It can just be some yahoo on mfp even. 25 pounds can seem like an eternity away when you do healthy weight loss, so sub goals help you see the light.

Want to run a marathon in two months. Also would like my pants that I bought a year and a half ago to fit better.

Have you been doing any weight training? I have found this to be much easier when I'm doing weight training in between cardio days.
