I agree, it highlights the issue and if it causes one person to really consider their health and diet then its served a purpose but i think the whole process from education is key. Personally I think the day we can purchase vegetables cheaper than we can buy fast food, educate kids effectively in school on nutrition and food preparation make sport / physical education a daily event in school is the day we have a positive impact on obesity numbers. Not just a picture on a bus stop...

I go lighter with my workouts for example a low impact hiit for 20 minutes, I actually find getting a bit of a sweat on clears me out a bit, a hot shower afterwards and im good to go

I just have 147 as a target, puts me half way into my BMI. In terms of abs I can see them under tension and after working out but I have some skin in the lower part of my belly I want to fill out so I can see a full 6 pack not just 4 and partial v. Hopefully that makes sense.
