I have started strength training after not having done it for a long long time. Chest press Flys Bicep curls Tricep extensions Lunges Side lunges Squats Plus a 40 minute walk. Hoping to do strength training twice a week.

I fit into medium size pants from two different stores. I used to need large. Still my lower body is smaller than my upper body. I’m still a large of even XL in tops but those tops are much looser on me now.

My mini goal is to lose 6 pounds that will take me to an overweight bmi instead of where I am now which is obese. I'm getting back on track now that the holidays are over. Still I think it will take me about 8 weeks. I will focus on protein and veggies and walking a lot.
