  • just because "organic" is thrown on there does not mean it's not processed. same thing with throwing "gluten free" - does not mean it's better for you. important to read labels. and shop on the outer aisles of grocery stores.

  • i just purchased a vivomove hr and it's compatible with this app. i was using loseit for two years on and off but have been consistent the last 3 weeks. I'm still getting used to this app. I like that it's compatible with garmin connect unlike lose it. it's also fun to have others to help with motivation.
