User jaweeston January week 4 PW 199.8 CW 201 Not happy but I did increase my weight work and I went from an X-Large to a large in tops, and I measured my thighs ( I don’t measure often) and since last July I was 26 inches in thighs and today I am 21.5 inches.

I have lost 50# since Dec 2017. I have now stayed within the same 4# since Nov 1st 2018. I track everyday, ( over 425 days so far). I have only missed exercise when I got my granddaughters cold. I lose 2# go back up 2#. Hints for how you guys have kicked it into gear for the next 10#. I have 20# more to lose total.

NSV.....I started losing weight for my health. After 50# I was able to cut my BP med to half a pill and cholesterol med to half a pill. I lowered my cholesterol by 100 points. I am stronger, feel great....now to lose that last 20#.

I cook EVERYDAY, THREE MEALS A DAY. Yikes. We have just always eaten at home, very little eating out. My husband retired October 2017 after 42 years in medicine. Awesome Amy, good for you. Zimborunner, hang in there, maybe walk outdoors or walk in place inside to a video. Just move some till you can get your treadmill back. Lesickabod, hope you feel better. Hey there, welcome. Congrats on choosing to get healthy in all areas! I have been on this journey 8 months. I am down 58#. I do exercise regularly but I have always done that.....eating was my issue. I track my food ALL MEALS, EVERYDAY, on MyFitnessPal app. I weigh weekly, I choose Monday’s because it keeps me accountable…
