Yes calorie burning and toning my legs and bum, ive bought myself a mini stepper with resistance bands cant manage more than 10 min lol so unfit right now lol

Changed it to 1.5lbs and its still 1200 calories but add another 200 is 1400 calories is this correct?

Changed it to half a pound a week and its now 1640 cals which i guess is way better! i will give it a go and see how i lose

Yeah my calorie intake is 1200 cals ive been doing this for 1 week and 2 days and im not sure if im starting to crash, im not hungry but i feel the need to have a very naughty meal such as a Chinise or a kebab! I really dont know why :(

I have an office job, and i try and do cardio 4 times a week for 1 hour but ive only done once this week. As ive had a cold.

Ive been ok on 1200 cals a few hunger pain here and there but they dont bother me as the hunger usually goes away in till its time for my dinner think my body is getting used to it now since ive been doing it for a week and a half on plan aswell which is a massive thing for me as before i cdnt resist some foods.

I did a 2 mile walk on youtube video 30 mins so maybe around 100 cals burned not to sure :/

I did exercise this morning i dont know how much cals ive lost so i think whats easiest for me just to stick to the 1380 daily and not eating back exercise calories dno if im supposed to do this though.

Yeah, i have 1,004 calories left to eat and my dinner will be 465 calories i still have alot to mess with haha!
