Exercise bit by bit?
Would pace out your workout during the day work as same as a 1 hour exercise non stop? So for example i can do 20min in morning then lunch , dinner etc 1 hour exercise throughout the day? Would it be the same without doing the exercise for 1 hour straight? Thanks :)

Macros??
Hi, do you have to track macros? Or is it only the calories i eat 1,300 a day and i eat everything I want. My MFP says sometimes that ive eaten more carbs or sugar does it matter? As im in a calorie defecit anyway and never go over 1300 cals thanks.

Poop Question
So ive been on a strict diet for 3 weeks now doesn’t seem long, and i would not say i eat healthy as im not a big fan of vegetables. But im eating a lot less 1200 calories daily. Calories Burned
Hi Guys, so MFP says ive burned 140 calories by doing 3.3 mile walk 1h and 11 mins walk is this correct? As ive also have an app called pacer that tracks your steps and that says ive burned 249 calories. Im 5ft 4 5 ish and i weigh 11stone 6lbs which one is correct? Lost 4lbs in one day!
Hii, so yesterday i skipped tea, as i wasnt feeling hungry and i had 800 cals left out of 1200, so i didnt eat tea, weighed my self this morning and down 4lbs within a day, will this go up if i eat? Or will this stay like this? Is it only because i skipped a meal ? Thanks
