Butt and thigh tensing

Probably a silly question but i have been wondering if you tense your butt and thighs by tensing and letting go fast pace while lying in bed does it burn calories ?

    Not enough to see results. Focus on your intake for fat loss. :+1:

    Every movement burns calories. Small movements done for short time periods don't burn very many, sadly. But increasing movement throughout the day can help weight loss rate a small bit.

    Managing calorie intake is still the vital foundation for weight loss, though, whether by calorie counting or any other method.
