So ive been on a strict diet for 3 weeks now doesn’t seem long, and i would not say i eat healthy as im not a big fan of vegetables. But im eating a lot less 1200 calories daily. Ive lost half a stone. So everytime i have my treat meal, like chinise, kebabs mcdonalds etc , i have really bad cramps and have diarrhoea! -.- is this normal? Feels like my body is saying do not eat junk! Haha dno but everytime i eat junk/treat i need to make sure theres a toilet nearby haha.

A few things stand out to me here, so I'm going to pull them out separately. They don't all pertain to your original question, but I feel they are important points to address for your future success.

But im eating a lot less 1200 calories daily. It's practically guaranteed that you shouldn't be eating less than 1200, and likely you could be eating a lot more and still lose weight.

Ive lost half a stone. In 3 weeks, that is a 2+ pound per week rate of loss. How tall are you and what are your current and goal weights?

So everytime i have my treat meal In a 3-week span, how often are you having these 'treat meals'? Are you logging them? Your 'a lot less than 1200' may be leading your to splurge on higher calorie meals due to the over-restriction.

As to the toilet issues, how much fat is in your typical day versus a day you have a treat meal? A marked increase of fat in one meal can certainly set some people off. But it has nothing to do with so-called 'junk.' A reasonable amount of fat is an essential part of a well-balanced diet.

I dont eat less that 1200, i eat 1200 daily sorry if it sounded different. I started at 11 stone 9 i want to be 9-8 stone. And im 5ft 4 , ive only had 3 treat meals that have gone over my calories , but with mcdonalds and that i can count the calories and fit it in my daily intake. And a typical day i dont think i have a lot of fat but as I mentioned i dont eat vegetables, i mostly eat meat and carbs most of the time.

Ok, the 1200 was my mistake - I read a 'than' that wasn't there. My apologies!

You're about 10 pounds over normal BMI for your height. I'd suggest slowing your rate of loss to either .5 or 1 pound per week (which should let you eat a little more, adding room for those healthy fats and possibly help with your digestive issues!) I won't preach to you about vegetables, other than to say how they are prepared can make a world of difference! They also bring a lot of fiber with them, which can help with digestive issues too.

I think it's more likely that the extra fat is giving you diarrhea, rather than it being from a certain type of food. When you're not eating a lot of fat regularly, suddenly introducing a large dose into your diet can have certain side effects for some people.

^^ Definitely this. Also, if those meals are a lot more food than you are now normally having at one time, or contribute to your having a lot more food for the day than you've been having, that can also have the effect of suddenly "moving things along." As can caffeine, if you're having something caffeinated with those treat meals, especially if it's more than you generally are having now.
