  • I get what youre saying OP, and if you'd feel more comfortable with an alternative that is less likely to be taken the wrong way, you can say things that don't involve a subjective comment on their appearance, for example you can say something like "congratulations, i'm proud of you/happy for you, that must have been a lot…
  • im 5'2 and even 10 lbs makes a huge difference on my body, my current coal is to get from around 124 to 115
  • I suffered from horrible severe acne for my entire teenage years. Nothing I did ever helped. I went on birth control in my early 20s and that cleared up my acne about 60%. then I switched from vegetarian to vegan and cutting out dairy has made my skin almost 100% acne free, and for me that is such a huge deal.

  • I sort of did? but more like what the first person said. I've struggled with an eating disorder for years. At my very worst I was eating only a couple hundred calories a day. But even after that, when I thought I was "cured" of my ED and would never torture myself like that again, I still set my calorie goals to only…
  • I do it (loosely) only because it gives me less time to snack. Especially since I've been working from home the past month, its very easy for me to go back and forth to the kitchen. I used to do 16:9 very strictly, but now I dont take it so seriously. If I forget to eat my last 100 calories until 10 or 11pm I'm going to…
