you don't need to starve yourself. drink plenty of water and eat vegetables

I have lost 8 pounds but my jeans are still tight. i used to drop a jeans size after losing every 5 pounds but this time its something else lol maybe i'll have to lose about 15 pounds

I wasn't eating fruit and veg so i didn't feel full at all

I wasnt eating fruits or veg. I ate 3 weetabix with banana for breakfast. Lunch and dinner was mainly home cooked food. I used to snack to snack on walnuts but i was getting too many calories from that. I have started eating more fruits and cannot eat over 1000 calories as i feel too full
