LONG LIVE BEE BARF!

Only three pots? Sweet Basil, Italian Basil,Lemon Basil, I suppose you could double up some of the pots and add Thais Basil, Greek Basil and Hindu/Holy Basil.

Yes it was in the United States but it could have been a Canadian visiting the United States.

If you want to post it on your facebook page and let me know if someone contacts you that would be great.

There is a medical condition and I can't think of the name where people have more bone growth, it is hereditary but there is a lot more to it. It is a small number of the population and chances are it wont be passed to the children.

Here is a calculator: You can create your own exercise to track it. https://software.deskcycle.com/CalorieCalculator.php

@MayaSPapaya Did you eat Play Dough as an adult or child?

You have to control you, we can not do that for you. Don't purchase it, keep it away from you. Force yourself to grab something better. It is really up to you.

The scales that measure body fat may not be accurate. https://healthyeatingforfamilies.com/body-fat-scales-do-they-really-work/

If you travel the perimeter of the parking lot you will save money and even more calories!

+1 Whenever I "Plateau" the reason is because I slacked off logging.

You can use the "quick add" feature or look up "sweet potatoes USDA" and use the results. If using the quick add add some calories for the oil, if you used "sweet potatoes" search for the oil as well. It is probably 130 calories, + a few for the oil and spices. 140 tops, 135 is probably good. (if using Quick add)

One hundred days of logging, I expected MFP to send me a piece of cake or something. jeeez.

Okay, I see the word 'expert' far too often and it is usually meaningless. I see a few chiropractors pushing diet books as well. My pain management nurse practitioner is into holistic approach... he recommended a 'deflame diet', I researched the author... he was a chiropractor.

My scale has a low battery indicator.

@fishgutzy , my family always added frozen corn kernels in the pancake mix, it is very good.

I stress eat also. Your diet hasn't ended.. it slows down a bit. Don't worry about it, get back on track for the next meal. I know it is easier for some people to correct bad habits. If you are routinely and habitually weighing and logging your food it might make it easier to stop. If you are routinely logging your food,…

This word always makes me cringe. "expert" ugh. Always question why a person is labeled or called an expert. News, especially local news will call out an "expert" to cover some current trend. What the @!#$ makes them an expert?
-
@CarvedTones made me think of mass quantities of spanakopita, (spinach and feta in a flaky phyllo dough)... and grape leaves, and Kibbeh... with Tzatziki.

Yes you will get better over time.

I don't understand the question. Depending on how you set up your profile, MFP gives you guidelines for daily calories you need to gain, maintain or lose weight. Based on your profile these are the calories needed to accomplish your goals. The calories it gives you are the calories you normally use during a 24 hour period.

Ahhh yes, a cheese steak, the corner stone of any nutritional breakfast.

I am confused, how would a bluetooth scale save you time logging your food? You still have to scan or search MFP for the food. Is entering tapping the screen six or seven times that laborious? Maybe I don't understand what you are looking for. Are you looking for a scale that knows what food is on the platter, the weight…

With the Premium version you can select to track "low carb". It does not calculate net carbs but it breaks down the percentages/grams of carbs, sugar, and fiber.
