This is new, turns out that I can comfortably wear high heels. I had been convinced that my old feet just couldn't do it. No, my atrophied muscles couldn't do it. Now, I can. Those squats, lunges, step ups, and Romanian deadlifts strengthened my legs big time.

I've started to do dead hangs. My current weight is 228 with an end goal of 138. Hopefully, the weight shift will aid in my attempt to do at least 8 consecutive unassisted pull ups.

I also log breastfeeding under my snack category to make sure to eat enough and to make it easier to adjust for. Definitely working out has helped. I have to plan when I will work out each beforehand. My 2yo and 10mo and husband demand so much time 😏

I enjoy the premium version. The macronutrient breakdown and being able to click on each nutrient category to find out what foods contributed the most is helpful. It's been revealing to see what my vitamin rich foods are. I've been able to manipulate my meals more effectively. I also don't care for seeing ads.
