Are you also working out? For me, I also started strength training and didn’t see the scale move, but can see a difference with the tape measure.

Drinking vodka soda or another spirit with a no- sugar mixer is another option, if that is appealing.

I’ve been on Keto since June 22 and have had a similar experience this week. I am giving my macros a closer look and adherence, since I suspect something I ate (or didn’t eat!) has kicked me out of ketosis. Good luck and hang in there...I’m also in it for the long haul!

I’ve found I can function well if I extend my fast with a fatty coffee (BPC or the like). I’m losing steadily and can still chase after children in the morning.

Yup, we're trying to make the post-dinner dance party a family event. Also, this old friend is my back-up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECxYJcnvyMw. I do some modifications that feel better on my body and my fitness level, but I make sure I am working the same muscle groups and raise my heart rate.
