Yesx3 day yesterday and today. Tracked and stayed under. Staying very busy has been helping with keeping food in check. And all the walking has been helping with the exercise. 16k steps yesterday! As I had to walk around for a few errands and decided to ditch the car. Glad I did. Signed up for October! 🙏

+1 for brushing and flossing teeth shortly after dinner. If you make this a rule for going to bed no more late snacking. You may break the rule once in a while...and the feeling of having to brush and floss again keeps you good for quite a long time after that.

Yesx3 day Under calorie budget. exercise was walking to daycare for pickup and dropoff. Fitbit shows 73 active minutes solely from the pickup/dropoff. Feels great 😀

Yesx3 days past two days and today. Exercise has been walking outside and chasing my toddler for around two hours all days. Had used a pass day on fri. So only 2 pass days left. Got my husband to get out with me and my toddler ...for the first time in ever. So that’s a win! I’ve been doing better with healthier food…

Yesx3 days today and yesterday. Yesterday Took my kiddo for an evening walk -30 mins outside. Today home cleaning~ 30 mins. 2 days of no sugary treats...so it was easier to be under on calories.
