Please! I usually do figure it out but than I forget a few days later. I seem to have a bad mind when it comes to calculating these types of things.

Thank you! That’s what I thought. I just wasn’t sure since at the end it saids 4.5 cups popped. Kinda confused me lol, thought it may be around 500 calories if that was it.

Sadly, I do not. I’ve been thinking of getting one. The problem is it wasn’t at my home so I wouldn’t have been able too use it.

Are you guys saying it’s better to eat for a snack or breakfast because of the protein and calories? There are 250 calories in it.

I’ve been trying to maintain not very long. Maybe only a couple days? But yet I still find it quite odd that I’m loosing weight. I’m eating quite a lot and reaching my calorie goal (usually I reach 1800-2000, goal is 2000). I decided to add more things to my meals and even another snack, but that doesn’t seem to be the…

I would say any specific snacks with high protein. Might be strange with snacks, but that’s really what I need right now.

Honestly, if it hurts right when you’re beginning to walk I’d suggest walking at a slower pace and keeping it shorter than two miles. Start with about a mile or even half a mile before you go for that long, and make sure to do stretches before!
