Peanut 1/2 cup calories
Would the peanuts on the left side be the same calories in 1/2 cup as the peanuts on the right side? I’m quite confused, since both of them have the same nutrition. Besides the left-side having 40 pieces, and the right-side having 1/4 cup.

Jogging on a treadmill/outside?
So for some reason, I decided to try and jog outside today because the weather was warmer. As soon as I got out, one minute-two minutes in I already got tired and could barely keep up! The serving size is 14g it saids for 70 calories but I don’t currently have a scale. I went online and it saids 36 crackers are 70 calories, or near that, but y’all think this is true? It’s the more large-depth crackers..

I ate some pizza today and saw that 1/3 of the pizza was 380. The pizza was six pieces and I ate two. I’m wondering what the total calories would be since I had two slices out of six💁♀️if anyone could help it’d be greatly appreciated.

Salad Pack?
So I got a salad from a specific store and was curious about this; do they count the ranch? It saids it includes ranch, but would they count the ranch calories as well or not? In all, it saids it’s 270 calories, but I’m always curious rather they count the ranch that’s packed inside or not.

Serving sizes?
I understand this is probably stupid but I’m curious about serving sizes. Wouldn’t the total added of the bag be 400 since 160+160=320? And than add 80 since that’s half? I’m curious with this since it shows you should be cautious about some of the serving sizes and totals of it. I can’t tell if I’m just overthinking of…

So I went to a place called “River Run” and got French toast. I compared it to IHops (740) and Denny’s (1280) But I cant seem to find the correct one. No sugar or syrup was added, not sure if there was anything else on it. Please help!

Loosing weight!
Usually people would think this is a good thing, when you’re actually trying to maintain you’re weight now. I’ve lost almost 50 pounds now and I feel quite comfortable where I am now, but now I’m just loosing weight on accident? I started eating more and I’m still loosing weight! I’m wondering, should you have breakfast everyday? When I do have breakfast, I only limit myself to one snack. Though, when I don’t have breakfast I allow myself to have two snacks. Should I be having breakfast and two snacks everyday? Or is my “pattern” alright?
