Just wondering how much each bag would be in calories?

Roughly 455 calories per bag, which is the serving size (130 kcal) multiplied by 3.5, since it says each bag contains about that many servings. :)

You have asked us to calculate calories many times for you, do you want to learn how to do this on your own? It is super easy.

Please! I usually do figure it out but than I forget a few days later. I seem to have a bad mind when it comes to calculating these types of things.

Review the answers in your previous threads. People gave you the information on how to do the math.

ETA: I'm sorry if that comes across rude. It's not meant to be. I would love for you to be able to do this for yourself. You can do it!

And maybe you should think about creating a cheat sheet for yourself. So the next time you go to eat something you can go and look it up if you find the math um difficult. I honestly first thought this was going to be a discussion on microwave popcorn nutrition VS just putting kernels in a microwave popcorn bowl, or paper bag. Lol.

If you plug the food into your diary and put the number of servings listed on the box, it'll give you the calorie count. You can always remove it or adjust the number of servings after adding it if you decide not to eat it. I like toying with serving sizes to see what I can fit into my day.

You might also consider practicing your mental math. It can help you in many places! Try writing it down first and then working out how you would solve it in your head. I like to break things into 10's (e.g. 23x3, I bread into 10x3 + 10x3 + 3x3, which is funny because I think it's a common core thing and I was in school prior to implementation of that learning style).
