Salad Pack?

So I got a salad from a specific store and was curious about this; do they count the ranch? It saids it includes ranch, but would they count the ranch calories as well or not? In all, it saids it’s 270 calories, but I’m always curious rather they count the ranch that’s packed inside or not.

    Yes, that should include the dressing as well.

    I read an article about using salad packs. I had always been a big proponent of them. They're easy, relatively affordable and if you get the ones without dressings, you can actually do well. But then I read that one needs to be very careful to wash the ingredients before using and not assume they're safe. The article didn't say why, I'm guessing for the same reason you wash any produce before eating. Just thought I would pass it along!
