So I went too a party and we had Sandwhiches. The only meat they had was turkey which was kinda like deli meat?? Now the problem is I’m not sure what the calories are nor what they may be. I used about two pieces. Could someone help with this?

    Just the meat? 100 calories.

Would each piece be 100 or for both?

There should be a ton of entries in the food database for deli turkey meat.

I would say bigger than that. It was hard too say since some of them were cut.

Do you have and use a food scale? For me, the food scale has helped me with eyeballing portions.

Sadly, I do not. I’ve been thinking of getting one. The problem is it wasn’t at my home so I wouldn’t have been able too use it.

Just use it at home, that is where the learning and eyeballing come in. I weighed everything I ate for a month or so. Apples and bananas were bigger than I thought and so was was meat and grains. I was eating more than I thought.
