Popcorn Nutrition?

I’m confused about this. It saids a bag makes has about 2.5 servings, but also saids below the Serving Size that it makes about 4.5 cups popped. Would anyone know the real calories for the bags? Thanks.

140 cals per servings x 2.5 servings in a bag =3500

I use a stove top popper (Whirleypop) with only 4-7g of peanut oil and 50g of popcorn kernels. Makes about 5-6 cups for 210 calories. Have it every day.1
