I’m confused about this. It saids a bag makes has about 2.5 servings, but also saids below the Serving Size that it makes about 4.5 cups popped. Would anyone know the real calories for the bags? Thanks.

I use a stove top popper (Whirleypop) with only 4-7g of peanut oil and 50g of popcorn kernels. Makes about 5-6 cups for 210 calories. Have it every day.1
