  • I’ve made a banana breakfast cookie that has these same ingredients. It doesn’t rise that much of course but the instant oats do cook and fluff it up slightly. It’s definitely on the dense side but it works!

  • Looking for more friends 😊
  • I know that when I start a new workout program I retain water like crazy because my muscles are recovering! If you're counting your calories accurately (I use a food scale to measure in grams) then you are losing weight but you might have to wait a while for the scale to show it. Recently I started a new program and my…
  • It does only come down to CICO but personally IF helps me stay in my calorie goal in the first place. It just makes dieting a little easier for some people. I'd have to eat small meals if I didn't compress all my calories into an 8 or 6 hour window and I am not hungry in the morning anyway. Plus I work out in the morning…
  • You might try looking online for high protein ("protein-fortified") versions of things you already like. You'd be surprised at what companies will throw extra protein into. Of course you might not be able to find something that has 30g per serving but you could up your overall intake if you find multiple foods. For example…
  • I love making this ice cream, I throw in a few strawberries too to give it a little color. I also like adding a couple tablespoons of almond milk to add creaminess. It's best eaten fresh and made in small batches since if you freeze it it can become rock hard. But I've found that if you freeze it in single serving…
  • 5'3 July 1 SW: 133.8lbs July 31 GW: 129lbs My birthday is at the end of the month so that's going to be tough. I want to be on track and establish good habits before I turn 27. And be TRULY in shape before I turn 30. My plan is to walk at least 45 minutes per day at 4mph, strength train at least 3x a week. I am pretty new,…
  • 1pm to 9pm is my exact eating window, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a while now, probably the last 10-15lbs I have lost has been helped by it. Normally I try not to snack in between unless my first meal was light for some reason (lack of time to prep/eat it all, not at half my daily calories yet etc.). If I…
  • Depending on how much you gained you might have to get it altered. You could reasonably lose 8lbs after 4 weeks if you do everything you’re supposed to but only you will know if that will be enough to fit the dress. Plus you could do very low sodium diet as well so you are not carrying extra water weight for the big day.
  • Yeah I agree it’s tough having the motivation to keep doing it for sure. Thanks for the support!
