But I dont do it everyday and the days I do it it’s always for different amounts of time? There is no set schedule at all. One day I could be doing 3 hours, then do nothing for 3 days, and then the next day 7 hours. Wouldn’t changing the activity level give me inflated calories on the days I’m doing nothing?

Definitely get in to see a therapist who specializes in EDs. The faster you get treatment, the more effective it will be. It’s great that you have the insight to see your behavior is unhealthy and is distressing you! That’s a huge deal!

I’m not talking about people with actual EDs. These are people who are so desperate to lose weight that they are hoping they can either “catch” an ED by hanging out with us in our forums or hoping will will “teach” them how to have an ED (which we obviously would never do). Since when is 1000 cals a day a VLCD? In fact, MFP often says you need to eat at least 1000 cals to close your diary so I don’t see why OPs thread would be closed down? Also, they specifically said they don’t recommend it to other people so how are they “promoting” it?

This isn’t really a weird food combo, but I have to eat certain foods with baby utensils. No idea why. I also slice my apples into exactly 32 slices. *shrug*

I just use the create a meal option for all my smoothies. You put all the ingredients and can add directions and a pic if you want. Then you name and save it. That way you can just go to your meals and select the smoothie in the future. Super easy! 🙂

I still work out when sick. Just keep it light. This Monday I felt nauseous all day and I still took a walk, did some light stretching and some light calisthenics.
