Hi all. Lost weight now gained it all back and much more in pandemic...stress eating too much alcohol not much exercise. Keep waiting to start...want to but can't seem to get started again. Need to lose about 60 lbs.

Hi I can totally relate... not sure inhave a solution but one idea is to try and incorporate foods you enjoy into a typical week. For me, I know I went too far cutting out treats that when I finally had one I went all out because I had felt so deprived and like I deserved it.

My goal is to be consistent and try to balance. I have a tendency to way overdo it or way under do it. I want to focus on eating mostly healthy food with some treats and going gym 5x week. What are your goals? Balance is key. I struggle.

Hi! I have taken a break as well mostly from my diet. Tracking everything daily was feeling really exhausting. I will admit I went overboard...but I felt deprived for so long. Balance is something I strive for but it's hard for me. I like your idea of new month new challenge new goals.

I am in the same boat for me it is more about the food and I get really tired of going without a treat...so I allow myself breaks... no tracking or weighing on scale and get back to it when I set to. I agree! Lowering carbs made me hungry, crabby, sleepy. Plus my workouts lacked! Everyone is different but I have found carbs are better for me than high protein high fat.

Bring snacks...protein bars, almonds, get fresh fruit there if possible . You can buy little packs of almond butter and peanut butter too...rice cakes...
