Struggling With Emotional Binge Eating

For the last two months I’ve really been struggling with binge eating. I’ve found that I’m pretty good at acknowledging my triggers, but am having a hard time putting actions into place to cope with things in a healthier, more effective way as opposed to rooting through the cupboards for snacks. Anyone having similar experiences and maybe have some tips for managing it?

Hi I can totally relate... not sure inhave a solution but one idea is to try and incorporate foods you enjoy into a typical week. For me, I know I went too far cutting out treats that when I finally had one I went all out because I had felt so deprived and like I deserved it.0

I don't binge.. but I do keep fattening foods out of my house. It helps with the average cravings and temptations.. I would think if you didn't have it around it would have to help. so.. maybe never keep junk/fatty foods in your home..car..or at work. That leaves smaller windows for binge eating.0
