Omg Lns won today. But I logged everything even the gin yes gin so the no alcohol challenge also down the pan. Logging helped keep a check and actually I'm not too far over calories so all in all not bad. The urge is well and truly gone now. Normal business resumes tomorrow Me 5 Lns 1
