  • My fat target is 55g but one sausage patty is 20g. In my mind, that destroys my target because how am I supposed to only get 35g of fat in the entire rest of the day when one little sausage patty is 20g...does that make sense? It just seems like such an unattainable goal.

  • Hey, there! I love FL but yes I know how hot it can get! I also try to walk in the evening. No way I can get up that early! I just recently added weights into my routine. As far as dieting goes, I’m just trying to have a calorie deficit. I don’t eat horribly unhealthy to start, but I’m trying to make better choices. :)
