I usually walk 30 mins to an hour in the morning. If I feel extra stiff or in need of something a bit different I'll add in some yoga or resistance bands.

Sweet and spicy sockeye salmon on top of a salad with honey mustard dressing. I may have been a little heavy handed with the spice but it was still super yummy, especially paired with the honey mustard dressing.
