I love my wine, so I will run/bike or be really strict with my eating so I can stay within my alotted calories. Sadly some evenings I just have to say no.

Just something that happened to me, when I increased intensity of cardio and or strength training I usually see a gain on the scale. It seems to settle after a week or 2....remember it's not all about the scale, you can lose inches and the scale stay the same or go up. Best of luck to you

Sooo humid...my mind said Mary you don't have to run today.....finally ...I got my butt in gear...3.12 miles added for a total of 149.22......looking to break the 150 barrier

out along the canal path for a bike ride add 25 miles....getting faster....total 146.1

Oh, I can relate! I kept saying it's okay to gain back a few...a few turned into 10....the spiral continued. I finally threw in the towel and decided to try going back to what worked in the past...MFP

Gotta silly grin on my face.....It's a small victory....first 5k that I could run the whole way since Febuary, it was slow,under 40 minutes!! So that brings me 121.1

I finally put my kayak in the water this year, a whole new set of muscles getting a work out!,but I did get back to my run/walk today. Add 3.12....total 117.98

Why I run....for a glass of wine, a treat, to feel better...I actually don't really like it, most days it's WORK, I'm also goal driven so each run I try to go further or faster. Lastly I'm trying to regain the fitness level I had 4 years ago.

28 mile bike ride

hazy,hot and humid....but the rain held off, 28 miles on the road bike....woot woot that's 114.86 total

each run/walk I get a little quicker....put another 3.12 miles in the book, for a total of 75.86 toadstoolbetty......just give it your best shot, miracles happen every day !!

I could run a mile for the first time in months

A walk/run 3.12 miles......total 72.74 personal victory today ran my first mile in months...woot woot!!

A good day for a bike ride, 23 miles.....ouch certain parts of me aren't used to that much time in the saddle. That's a total of 69.62 Thanks jeanniewes for the pep talk, I have to stop looking backwards and keep focused on the here and now.

i'm so outta shape....but i plugged along for another 3.12 miles, a run/ walk, ok....more walk than run. making a total of 46.62 miles

on a roll...17 miles on the bike...43.5 total run/walk/bike miles

After a few days off.....back at it today a 3 mile walk/run...for a total of 26.5 miles this month!
