@ToadstoolBetty you can still walk, don't just write off the whole month, you still have 10 days to do something
I'm so tempted to just leave it all while on hiday, but that's exactly where i then fail completely.
I saw you also posted on the push up challenge, that one is only a few mins a day. And for walking, maybe just reduce your goal so that you still have some achievement every other day?
