Thanks a ton, i was hoping for something like this.

Im a 25 year old who got diagnosed with MODY, maturity onset diabetes of the young. It came as quite shocking for me coz im usually into fitness. Although i workout regularly i failed big time with my diet and lifestyle. Eventually it caught up and genes didn't help either. Nevertheless, im on insulin and a cleaned up diet…
