  • Try and and a little low carb or low sugar protein. I also use peanut butter on crackers with meals as a little boost. Helps me hit that target. Also look for the signs of calorie deficiency...muscle fatigue, tiredness, slow recovery etc.
  • I actually talked with a cousin about cold brew. I need to try it out.
  • I definitely want to look into the French press could you tell me more about it
  • Isn’t that the truth! I started with the calories and quantities. Good luck.

  • Keep it up!! I have been working out and running about three months. Lost 21lbs and just ran my mile and half faster than when I was a teen. It’s a great feeling. Good luck!!!

  • Good luck on you weight loss!! Stay strong it is easy to eat bad with the baby being awake at weird hours. Protein is your friend. It helps me stay full longer.
  • I am about three months in on my diet, So I’m not a pro by any means. I’m know for being a big eater. I found adding a little more protein and water at the end of my meals helped. Just make sure you stay in your calorie zone.
  • Thank you so much for all the comments so quickly... super funny thing, stepped on scale today dropped another 2 lbs. started couch 2 5k over and busted out 1.5 in 7min mile pace. Fastest since I was like 16 years old. I’m in my late 30s 6’2 about 240. Great day!!!
