I spent my first weekend at the beach with my bikin!! Aaaaaahhhh yes y'all!!! I still don't have pics yet to show off!! I'm always the one behind the camera!! I need a full length mirror to take em myself!! Lol but I did it!!! I was scared at first but wow the freedom I felt once I got out there!!!!

It's amazing to me how something that terrified me for years can become such a healing tool in my journey to a healthy head heart and body!!! Keep it up!! That number is part of a huge journey that has so many other factors!! Doing amazing!!!!

Last summer I said enough pitty party!! Went from 205-170 stayed there all winter then turned up the heat again and now I'm at 160!!!! You got this!!! Keep pushing don't give in to the wispers in your head!!!!

The scale is only part of your success!!! What I've learned weigh-in in daily is that you have to learn what your body naturally does after eating certain things!!! You could just be retaining a lbs or 2 of water!! If you feel better your clothes fit better and you can do more than you could before.....YOU ARE WINNING!!!!…

Hahahaha I ate and ate and ate yesterday!! 166.2 today!! Wow that is crazy!!! Ran 2 miles did calisthenics and a lil yoga!! Gotta work today so my calorie burn will be great!!! Gonna go high protein today!! Lots of water!!!

Finding the right food helps soooooo much!!! The rest will fall into line!!!!

I have found low carbs low sugar high protein works for me!! Lots of salad and fresh spinach!! Eat iodized sea salt!! Use apples and peanut butter for energy!! Stay away from caffeine and carbonation!!!! Water water water water!!!! But every thyroid Struggle is different find what works for you and stick to it like glue!!!!

They need a clear picture of of what's going on in your thyroid! It takes that long time to flush the meds and get a natural reaction!! You may find you don't need em at all now!!! I felt better off the meds!! Keep notes and watch your body temp and weight daily!!! You will make it!!!

Clothes are a good gauge for me but I had some mental issues that seeing that number daily has helped me heal!! I was 162.0 today after two rest days!!! Woo woo!!

36 here!!! I've lost 43lbs since last summer!! For the first time in my life I can RUN!!! I am in the best shape of my life!!!! 30s have been nuts until I said shut up thyroid.....body get in line!!! YEEEEEEES!!! I started running last summer with a couch to 5k!! Stopped in the winter and just went back at it about 2 months ago!! I can run 3 miles now!! 33:25 is my best time and it was RAINING!!! push through and you will feel like a million bucks!!! ITS WORTH IT Y'ALL!!!
