  • Same for me. I love clothes and they look better on me when I’m a tad slimmer than I am today.
  • That is another thought I had because when I travel or otherwise eat out a lot I don’t feel great but this weeklong issue was beyond my normal discomfort.
  • Thanks, yes a lot of foods I don’t typically drink or eat. Lots of creamers and cheese which I don’t eat much of at home.   • I tracked via Fitbit for about 3 years and noticed trends like gaining in December EVERY year, my lowest weights were always in late summer and fall. It helps to know it (I think) but the proof is on the pudding, let’s see if I gain this December!
  • I have a shelf of cookbooks but I love Pinterest for recipes. I can type in the ingredients I happen To have and up pop recipes with pictures and even if I’m lucky pictures of peoples attempts to make the dish.
