Bragging and being too carefree. Red flag= Person is fake and lacks integrity. When meeting coworkers and friends, I get the intuitive nudge. Follow those nudges in all things.

I needed this thread. Thank you so much for the community. I am sick and tired of spending so much money on diets, trainers, coaches, certain foods- never to achieve lifetime fitness and weight maintenance. I am posting because I AM SO DONE. Once and for all. This is my start.

You can incorporate it in your macros. If you cannot stop at one and will binge, then do not have it no matter what. Because for me, it will end up in a 10,000 calories tailspin. There is no fear of missing out because you can have whatever you want, but choose not for today so you can achieve your results. I simply say no…

I put unstoppables in the wash and I spray them with Lysol before I wash them. Probably bad to do but it doesn’t smell.

I’m so grateful for my job, my parents being healthy, my health and body is resilient. Thankful I did not binge- going on fourth day.

Be transparent. Depression and anxiety won’t win. You got this. Use this all for your good. And focus on the future- visualize.

Would you recommend @lynn_glenmont to weigh only once weekly then? I’ve been weighing daily because I don’t want to binge eat, and knowing I have to go on the scale is helping me so far. But wanting to see a loss and not, can be discouraging.

Do you count calories on Keto? Do you up your calories? I stick with the basics- eggs, whites, butters, protein powder, steak, asparagus.
