I followed Starting strenght and now ive switched things up a bit. I am doing a program(don’t know the name). Im 6’7 and gaining has been **** through most of my life lol :smiley: the weight gain is the same, but u have to consume a lot of food, plus gains don’t show early. Mine won’t show for another 6 months probably

Haven’t got a fitbit. I am doing stronglifts 5x5 for now and im making proggress. I noticed that i i eat more fat than i should (10% more). I cover the carbs but i cant cover the 170 g of protein which is recomennded (i cover about 150)

I see my abs i was on the border between underweight and normal weight. Was 165 pounds now im 171-172.

I meant, that if eat more will i gain muscle faster or it’ll be just fat.

So what kind of exercise is best suited? I got that i shouldnt do cardio, but should i do qiuck workouts 1 hour> or workouts for more than 1 hour. Thanks for the great advice evryone i’ll do my best to add at least 5 more kilos to my 75!

3600+ but i cant manage to stuff my face more than 3000 plus im light on money because i have to pay my education :/

Well ive been eating a lot for a couple of months now(3000+calories daily), and i can’t even get a belly :D, and i cant make time to work out becouse i have 12 hour daily shifts at the ER and i constantly feel tired.
