Congrats on the progress so far! It sounds like youre doing well! I suffer from a lot of anxiety as well and theres a lot of things that ties in with just to make everything difficult. But its amazing what can help with it too!

mine is probably that my partner's sis is always saying about how she's going to lose weight and going on fad diets and things so like... kinda to show her up? haha

would love to have some accountability buddies too! i'm 25 and (roughly) 180lbs and looking to lose around 40lbs in total, but at least 10lbs by march.... i think the support will really help us all!

never done wwers and never set foot in the gym due to anxiety, but i have had t1diabetes for 10 years! it's not all as scary as it seems (honest) i'm happy to answer any questions from my experience. i was diagnosed when i was 15 so i have some of the teenage-years that i went through with it!
