Thank you, and glad to help out our team! I saw my doctor today who was very happy to see that I have lost about 10 pounds over the past month. This is a MAJOR victory for me, and the first time my weight has gone down instead of up in many years.

Thank you! I’m coming off of Prednisone, so the pounds are shedding. The withdrawal symptoms are rather hellish, but exercise helps to mitigate them. So that’s a win-Win!

Thanks for sorting that out! I’m coming off of Prednisone, so not surprised to see some easy quick pounds shedding. Let’s enjoy it while it lasts, because I’m sure it will slow down! lol

Thanks, Jan! Was probably carrying some water weight. I’m also completely off of Prednisone now. Was weaning down my dosage in December. Those steroids really pack on the pounds fast. Since my autoimmune arthritis is currently untreated, I woke up this morning with a softball-sized knee. I did get up, do some stretches,…

Hey y’all! I’m starting a brand new fitness program following Mike Matthews “Thinner, Leaner, Stronger.” Got a detailed diet plan worked out along with a rigorous workout plan. My starting weight is 289 pounds, and my goal for January is to lose 8 pounds, or 2.77% of my total body weight. Let’s do this!!!
