Yep me. Have a real mental block over running. It’s like my body is screaming what are you doing lol. Anyway my favourite exercises are walking, swimming, horse riding, cycling and if in gym the elliptical machine. I enjoy Zumba as well. I tried circuits class and struggled - some of it I enjoyed but burpees not so much lol

Great 👍

Hi I’m currently 180 ish aiming for 135-140 initially and will review when I get closer to goal. I’m 5ft 1
-
I am down 19.8lbs which is pretty much on target for 2lb a week. The first 5 weeks I lost 14lbs I know some of which was water. Not struggling to much eating pretty much what I want within my calorie goal

Slow and steady is the best approach. It’s best to consider it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. It must be sustainable. Personally I don’t deny myself anything and still have wine chocolate etc but just make sure to work into my calorie allowance. Portion sizing has been the biggest eye opener for me. Tip invest…

I love swimming and horse riding and walking. In the gym I usually head for elliptical.
-
Good for you 👍
-
Just to west of London near Windsor and Heathrow
-
My move goal is also 500.

I too have had back problems and epidural steroid injections which helped a lot. Physio and tens also helped. I found yoga and swimming the best for me and slowly built up walking duration and on elliptical as it’s not jarring like jogging. It’s a slow process. I wish you the best

roughly once a week
-
I make sure I place the scales in exactly the same place. I have specific tile that I place the scales on to ensure I get as consistent result as possible.

Hi I am also 41 Well done with weight loss so far. It’s a lifestyle change for sure.
-
I am 5ft 1 and aiming for 140 that’s 10stone. I used happily sit between 9.5 and 10 stone. I will review again nearer to target. When I was 9stone I looked quite ribby
-
Hi I ride usually weekly feel free to add me
-
When I put my info in I get 465 cal which is close and I guess my watch would take heart rate etc as well
-
My Apple Watch calculates roughly 500 cal for 30 mins for me 86.8kg female breaststroke moderate pace.

Hello yes me too 5ft 1 looking to drop by 20+kg
-
Yes I used to be 9.5 to 10 stone 3 years ago but due to several things weight ballooned to over 14 stone. It’s on its way back down but still a ways to go. Target is 10stone
