This is what I plan to do when I get a chest freezer, not got enough space at the minute. I get terrified at slow cookers, I have anxiety and it would definitely set it off, I'd constantly think my house has burnt down! Thankyou for the tips Jerome!

Aaah, I understand. I think I'm just trying to motivate myself. I actually have no idea what I'm doing, all I know is I wanna lose weight and eat healthy. Logging what I eat and drink prevents me from over doing it so it does help me in a way, but I definitely understand where your coming from. Thanks for the tips!
