I hatee bits in smoothies so preferably avoid them if poss! I'm shocking at making smoothies they never go right for me :s
Need some inspiration!

    Need some inspiration!

    Every day I make this, pretty simple.

    8 oz almond milk(30 calories)
    4 oz water
    2 scoops chocolate protein powder(mine is 41g each)
    1/2 banana(about 61g)
    tbsp PB2 Powder
  • Sounds pukka will defo give it a go!

    I make one every morning for me and my family. You can deviate but basically for one person it is:
    1 banana
    1 handful of kale or spinach
    splash of oj
    1/2 cup of milk (whatever type you prefer)
    1/2 cup or less of greek non-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 frozen fruit
    blend and yummy!

    I don't know what's healthy for you, but I do this:
    • 50g baby spinach
    • 100g banana
    • 1/2c unsweetened chocolate almond milk
    • scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
    • 150g plain greek yogurt
    • ice to bulk it up

    Almond Milk .5 cup
    Soy Milk .5cup
    Spinach 1cup
    Green Apple 30g
    Pineapple 30g
    Banana 30g
    Vanilla Extract few drops
    Cinnamon to taste
    Water (preference, how thick your smoothie will be)

    I like to use frozen fruits :)

    My favorite right now is Spartanutrition Whey Protein in Loopy Fruits flavor with frozen strawberries or any berry. Mixed with either milk or premier protein vanilla. It literally tastes like a fruit loops milkshake!
