Hello! I'm Tori/Victoria.
My whole aim in this is to lose weight, hopefully 2 stones. I'm 19 and have a busy work life, but unfortunately its a desk job which means no exercise for me! When I get home from work I make dinner and then go to sleep, so I have no time really for exercise at the minute until I get a car next year which will create time for me. Since working here (6 months ago) I have put on 2 stone through eating shi* food. I really want to lose weight and at the minute all I can do is have a good meal plan. It's nice to meet you all

Time management. Prepare and freeze portioned food on weekends, and consider using a slow cooker during the workday. Eating a variety of nutritious foods within a calorie deficit is an easy set of habits to learn. Enjoy.0

This is what I plan to do when I get a chest freezer, not got enough space at the minute. I get terrified at slow cookers, I have anxiety and it would definitely set it off, I'd constantly think my house has burnt down! Thankyou for the tips Jerome!0
