So inspired by you and your resolve. It really is day by day. I celebrate (not with food!) the pound dropped here or there. My goals are different from yours, but the mental strength that goes into any kind of healthy lifestyle remains the same. A couple tricks I use when I have a craving: Never grocery-shop on an empty…

These are great and so realistic! Curious what you meant by the “kitchen“ comment. Do you mean that after you eat you stay out of the kitchen?

I love the diversity of our workouts! @AnnPT77 I am obsessed with yours! Love the combination of spin with an outdoor activity.

Hello! Happy to grow my network too. :)

Yes, two-a-day workouts here too, mostly weekends. Today it was Pilates X 2, but other weekends it’s Pilates followed by spin. 💪🏾

You can do it!! Be faithful to logging your calories, and find an exercise routine that you can stick to. Find friends to join your workouts and tell the world your plan ... that keeps me honest to sticking to it. I check in from my gym or studio on Facebook every day, and while it’s repetitive for some, it’s inspired…

Hi, everyone! I’m not new to MFP, but I am new to the Community boards here. I have the most basic question: How do I add friends from the Community? The only options I am seeing are to add them from my current contacts (e.g., Facebook, phonebook, etc.). Thank you!

Positive.
