Yes u do feel fatigued sometimes ... but whats most importantly can this effect my muscle growth ?

Because i feel fatigued and soar sometime.

i run on 10.7 mph for 20 minutes everyday , about my cal deficit im currently on a 2000 cal/day but probably i will be reducing it to 1800 cal soon as im not losing weight .

Just fast running on the treadmill .

There were pieces of banana on the batter , the strawberry was more like a syrup that was drizzled on the pancakes , in addition to all that they topped it off with whipped cream , doesn't look like a 760 calories food to me :smile:
