Restricting diet and no excercise
I see so many people (specially young women) restrict their diet to maintain thier body weight but they never exercise , even some of them haven't even set foot in a gym their whole life ... any long term negative health effects of doing this ?

How credible is the nutritional fact on restaurants website.
Last night i was craving pancakes , so i was checking Ihop restaurants website for options that can fit into my calorie intake (i had around 1000 calories left) , i was very surprised to find (according to their website) that 4 strawberry banana pancakes were only 760 calories , i highly doubt it , is this things regulated…

Is it ok to consume soda if it fits inti your macros
One argument I heard is a calorie is a calorie.. Whether it come from organic broccoli or soda… . the other argument I heard that the sugar in soda will immediately converts to fat even if you are below your maintenance calorie intake so better to avoid it… I need your input thanks
