Depends on your nutrition / intake and your sleep.2

what is your 'intense' cardio?
most over training is actually under fueling, whats your deficit like?3 -

Just fast running on the treadmill .
'fast' is very subjective. what distance are you running?
you didn't answer the question about your calorie deficit?2 -

that doesn't tell me your deficit? if you're eating 2000 cals unless you are very large that probably isn't much of a deficit?
what makes you think you may be overtraining?2 -
Yes, why do you think you are over training? are you feeling fatigued?
It doesn't sound like over training to me but everyone is different, what wouldn't be overtraining for one person might be for another.1 -
No, I would not consider that overtraining.
However, I also think that fast running six days a week is likely not a good training plan. What's your goal with the running? To get faster? To burn calories? To just get some cardio in?3 -

so cut back on the running every day. are you following a lifting programme or just doing random things each day?0 -

Muscle growth happens more so when we weight train rather than cardio, so you might want to look at that.
General fatigue can happen when we over train, its the body's way of getting us to take a rest day.
Also diet is important, hitting macros, especially protein.0 -

10 mph for 20 minutes is 6 minute per mile pace. That's a sub-20 minutes 5k. Bravo.0

Fat loss comes from a calorie deficit, which means eating fewer calories than you burn. I tend to see that much running as being hard on the body so if your only real goal is to lose fat, there are easier ways to do it. For example you could run 2 days a week and eat less on the non-running days. Or you could do some other activity on the non-running days.
