Portions eating lite n easy is not enough for me until my next meal it’s not decent. Do I have to eat every meal because the only meal I like is dinner.

Thank you, I just looked up there website for nutrition & tried to eater it from kilojoules to calories and nothing matches.

Yes, I lost 4kgs this month with calories in vs calories out, it’s the only method of losing weight. If you are not losing weight there are two reasons 1: eating more than you are & not logging accurately 2: not creating a calorie deficit & patience.

I find Fitbit is more efficient in tracking workouts & MFP efficient in tracking calories.

I find Fitbit adjust too much with there numbers compared to MFP.

MFP is great for logging food, Fitbit is great for logging workouts, that’s my two differences.

I find MFP has the tools for accounting for activity level + calories too eat where as Fitbit does not.

Been away for a 3 day vacation/holiday , back to my normal routine now.

I keep saying next year but it’s getting old, it’s more like an excuse than a reason that I am going to lose weight & keep it off, no more yo yo dieting it stresses the body.

Lose about 50-100 pounds for the next 12 months. This year I believe was a wasted year because I did not make the progress I should have,I let other factors hinder which is no excuse but 2019 is not too far away so looking forward to a new year & beginning.
